Cast for and caught couple dozen mud minnows, wound up being crab bait... fought the wind.

Had one on while I was tending to another rod, I looked back to see a doubled over rod snap back. popped my line. frustratingly exciting.

Hitting up N. Edisto in about 6 hours. I'm tired, but can't wait.

Well good to see something is feeding at Pitt St, what tide was it ??

Bragging may not bring happiness,
but no man having caught a large fish,
goes home through the alley.

I got off work with about 30 minutes to dead low, so I took advantage of that time and scouted that island on the harbor side.

that bite came after about 2 1/2 or 3 hours of fishing. The water was just tall enough in the grass for the bait to get through

wow, usually don't have much luck when it gets that high, that place is great to catch your mud minnows at low and fish through the tide
