We finally had to break down and get another boat. Old boat developed a few issues on its last trip. I wont expand on that, for it is a long story.

Picked up the new BeagleBoat last weekend and took it out yesterday for the first time.

We set out for the Edisto River. Got there to find the landing empty. Had it all to ourselves. With the recent rains we have been getting, the river was full. The bite was slow, but we did manage to pull in a few bream and red breast. Enough that we were able to make supper out of them.

The corn was fried. Yellow corn fries better than white but it was still tasty.

Raman seems to enjoy the new boat.

I will add some boat pics later. Were going to slip around in it for a little while first though. I did give a glimpse of it in my rattan pics.

I have taken a new job this year and have not had much time to make reports and such. Today it is raining and I am stuck in my office. Anyone looking for a palm tree let me know.
I added a SC wholesale palm page to beaglewoman.com.
