Not a fan of anything Apple, while they do have some useful features, their company policy seems to be "If you need something, we will tell you." They have a great marketing department.
I like the Android Tablets better. You can do anything you need, it is cheaper (same hardware)(even made by the same company, Foxcon.) Any updates are free, if they come out with a new feature, you can get that, if Apple comes out with a new feature, you have to buy the newer device.
When "Siri" came out, they released the iPhone 4 S You cant get that on the iPhone 4.
If you want to play music on the iPad, you have to upload it to your iTunes account, you cannot have the same song on two devices, they tell you that is illegal to 'pirate' your own/owned song.
I can take any song, video, or picture I want/own and move it freely on my Android devices, currently that list is at 3.
The Kindle is the same way. Imagine taking an old book you own and giving to someone, then the FBI comes and arrests you for theft. (I said give it not make a copy of it.)
Alright, end rant, but I do think most people will enjoy these products, but get frustrated with some of these rules.

Not true. My family (4 people) share all songs and apps on all our apple devices. We buy it once and all share.

Wrong. I have four people in my house sharing all music, video, apps, etc. on all of our Apple devices. Same with our Kindles. Once it's downloaded on one, we can download them on all.

I'm on my ASUS Transformer. I love it due to the fact that my phone is an android so everything crosses over. Add the keyboard dock and it's perfect. Like a mini laptop but better.

The iPad is like a sandbox that you cant take your toys out of to share. If you go in you have to go all in. I am an apple guy but had to change everything to apple to get the full effect.
