Unfortunately being a kid I don't have money to donate considering I just went on vacation. The pack's seem like they will be a fantastic way to get some donations and I wish the best of luck to you!

Great deal. I bought 6 packs (2 marlin, 2 wahoo, 2 tuna). Any way you can just ship them all at the same time and make sure that the shipment requires a signature since it's such a big order?
Thanks, Jason |

I got the tuna pack. Can't wait for it to come in. And we helped out a good cause. Good luck with the tournament Eric.

This is a great event and you get some great Lures @ a discount.

Eric,
Are y'all doing multiple fundraisers for different events, or does all the money go into one large coffer? I contributed a couple of weeks ago based on your first post and the website's homepage and perks were different. Please clarify, and I'll proceed with another donation. Thanks again for what you're doing! |

| Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Your response makes perfect sense. Do you have any more of the Black Bart tuna packs? |

Just made a donation. Thanks again!

Indiegogo just shut the raffle down for the reels. WWFishingFund said it was illegal in the US but there are only 5 states where it is illegal and Florida is not one of them. I would like to know the real reason after my $50.00 went there.

| Anti-raffle laws are super gay... I mean come on... It's not like people have raffle addictions and raffle themselves into bankruptcy... What in the hell is wrong with this country? |

I have tried several times to call Indiegogo this morning and once yesterday and sent two e-mails and no response. They have two addresses in San Francisco one at 301 8th Street and one at 1383A 9th Ave. Don't know what to do now since they wont answer the phone.

Exactly, everything should be back up and running sometime today hopefully, in the meantime we will be rushing to launch our website so we tell Indiegogo to kiss our ass. Once everyone is refunded for the Stella Raffle we will re-do it from our Website.
Eric, when you get the website launched, let us know and a link to follow.

| No, my "donation" was recently refunded. I don't want to be overly critical but, while it appears that the OP has/had good intentions, his efforts seem a little disorganized. |

you bought one of these lure packs and that amount was refunded? this lure pack deal should have been a separate issue from the "raffle" issue with the Stella reels...

How did you go about getting your refund? Who did you ask and how did you ask them?

| I made a donation and was told that as a result of said "donation" that I would receive a free lure pack. That was nice as I was simply making a donation not expecting anything in return. I never received a lure pack and then week or so ago, I noticed that I had received a refund of my original donation amount when I was checking my CC statement. I did not ask for a refund, it just happened. |

Call your banks and report the activity. I am on the phone with Wells Fargo right now and have filed a claim. The bank will contact Indiegogo who will attempt to contact "Eric" and the "WWFishingFund". If "Eric" is unable to be contacted, or he cannot prove that he sent out the merchandise, then the charges should be reveresed and credited back to your accounts. At least this is what I am being told by Wells Fargo.
At this point, I have given "Eric" ample time to live up to his committments and obligations. Worst case scenario is that he could have kept communicating with people who were waiting on shipments. Instead, he went and deleted all of his profiles across the internet. I have a hard time believing that NOBODY on this website received their "perks". It would be one thing if a few of us got them and other's didn't, but since NONE were received, I think it's time to pull the plug.
My last email with "Eric" said that I would have RECEIVED the perks no later than 8/3. I don't even have a tracking number at this point.
So, at this point, I think it's time to bring in the professionals... |

Wells Fargo has issued me a temporary credit back to my account for the full amount and says that they are going to attempt to recouperate their money straight from the vendor. If this guy does happen to be legit, then I have no problem squaring back up with him, but at this point, I don't have the time and energy to help him fulfill his responsibilities.
Not only that, but if I recall his "events" were "cancelled", so he is not needing the money right now... |

| DoubleN, thanks for the heads up. My what a twisted tale... I can't get on sportfishermen.com because I was banned years ago... But, we need to demand for Eric's personal details so that we can prosecute. |
