does anyone have any good suggestions for a place to keep a boat, either in the water (preferably) or on a trailer in the Kiawah/Seabrook vicinity, during the week of July 28th thru Aug 4th? I live on Edisto, but have a friend who is going to be at Kiawah during that time and is having a hard time finding a slip, or even a place to park the trailer during that time. I think there is a sailing regatta at Bohicket that week...
Thanks!

That is also the week of the training for the PGA volunteers. Lots of folks will be in town and particularly in that area.

Seabrook lets me park my small boat & trailer at their maintenace facility. Kiawah might do the same. I would check with them.

Kiawah will be locked down for the PGA by then. Very difficult to get a boat on the island without a property owners decal anyway, but that weekend will be extra tough.

Talk to Island Bike & Surf. They are located on Bohicket at Betsy Kerrison, 4 miles before the island. They have a huge, locked and monitored storage area in the back.
