| This is a great website!! I lived in Mt. Pleasant in the 80's and caught lots of fish on both sides of Sullivan's Island around Ft. Moultrie. I'm finally coming back for a one week visit on August 15th. Can't wait!! Usually I just used mud minnows or caught mullett in the surf with a castnet, and fished them on the outgoing tide. Can anyone tell me if this technique might still yield any results in mid-August??? Or will it be too hot and the fish have gone deeper?? |
