I have a 7' super pro that I taped up for deep hole shrimping. Will it be ok to use the taped net over bait or do I need to look at getting a second net? Some areas I shrimp are in hard running water but not over 6' deep, other area does not run hard but can be around 12' deep.

as long as the net you throw over bait has at least 1/2" mesh you will be fine...

1/2". I used it for baiting before I taped it up. I just didn't know about the slower time sinking over bait.

Thanks
