I'll take Phelps over Lochte, in their first head to head race. I don't care if it's a preliminary! The first race that they they face each one another will be tomorrow in the 400 Individual Medely ! I'm far from any kind or expert on swimming. I just go with my gut feelings.

Lochte beat Phelps easily in this event in the US Olympic Trials.

Maybe not enough weed. Weed makes you float, so it should make you faster, right??? That's just a guess, on my part!
