I don’t have a tri hull but could someone give me info on trying to catch whiting and are they running now.

Good report.

Just to make this a report, we coolered 125 this past weekend in the mouth of a sound, 20’ of water, cut squid and shrimp. Plus 1 jumbo redfish on piece of cut squid, released of course. All kept fish were 14-16", released 75 or so under 14, so yeah, the whiting are biting

I'm just speculating here but, whiting have traditionally been fished by people of less quality than people like us and people of less quality can't afford boat of good quality. Tri-hulls boats fit into the price range of those people.

Ipso Facto, if you are fishing for whiting, you must be in a tri-hull boat.

I love to catch whiting. You do get that I am making fun of MYSELF when I mention people of less quality like us?

That’s funny right there :smiley::smiley: :sunglasses:
