“I’m not a hundred percent in love with your tone right now…”

The thrill is gone to this amateur blues player. RIP Mr. King, from a fellow Mississippian.

Certainly one of the best ever.

Ya know, I think it was around 2005 0r 2006, BB was at the N. Chas Coliseum. My wife and I had tickets for Saturday night! We woke up on Sunday morning and I asked her when that concert was. She said sh**, it was last night! Later on we were in Branson MO and traveled back through Memphis TN and spent night there. Looking around for something to do she spotted BB Kings Bar and said we were going to get our money back! The Bar was closed, for a UPS party! So now BB and UPS owe me! We did see BB in concert later and he didn’t sing Lucille. He told the story of Lucille but didn’t play or sing it and that’s what I wanted to hear! I figured he must have sold the rights to the song or something! Love me some,BB King!

Here ya go, Easy :sunglasses:

Thanks Larry, haven’t heard it in a while! We lost an American Icon! He can keep the money, cause we had him!

easy, I thought you were a Lionel Ritchie/ The Commodores man?

I do like the Commndores, ever since they came out with my screen name! At first, I used It as my CB handle!
