Black drum that size are very tasty and one of my favorites. They get wormy as they get bigger. I’ve heard the worms aren’t harmful but I don’t do worms.

black drum are great blackened! grilled, baked, or broiled also works well. fried is ok too, but me personally my favorite is blackened.
