Awesome weekend of fishing

Friday was a good morning for fishing the out going tide. Reds were hitting swim baits of different colors but mainly the 4" mullet. Water still a bit murky but fishing was good.
Saturday was a repeat of Friday and I must’ve caught about 20+ Reds with two Bigboys tagged. Nothing came home either days. It stormed late Saturday night so I was in limbo if I were fishing on Sunday but went anyway and it was Windy and cold. The first part of the morning I was struggling dealing with the wind so I decided to head back home but made a stop along the way and in all that wind I was catching and missing Reds for about an hour and couldn’t take it any longer so I headed on in. I would say over 35 or so Reds were caught and released over the weekend. Can not find any trouts in Bushy, Goose Creek nor Clouter Creek thus far. It was white capping so much I had to slowly cruise across the Cooper river to get out the wind. Great fishing!
