going to Charleston in a couple of weeks for a couple of days with the family and looking for suggestions on sandbars or beaches we can access by boat. We are planning to rent a slip at the Charleston City Marina.
Heard Drum Island has a beach on the back side and the South side of Kiawah Island.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Fishing off the beach is a bonus also.

Head up the ICW to Capers or Prices Inlet. Plenty of beach up there.
