We have been going to Edisto 2-3 times a year for 20 years. We used to rent a dock on Big Bay for years until last year when the lot and dock were sold. We rented from the marina. My dilemma this year is we are going to be there July 7-21. We have a slip at the marina reserved for the first week but due to the Billfish tournament, I have to be out by the 14th to clear the marina for the big boats. I have no place to keep the boat in the water for the second week. I really do not want to take the boat in and out every day for the second week. Does anyone have any idea or know someone that would rent their dock or slip out for a week? I have a 24ft boat. Would clean up and treat the dock like my own. Thought Id try here first. Thanks for any input.

I had this issue several years ago and found a notice on the bulletin board at Ace Hardware. I rented a spot well up the creek past the State Park. I cannot find the person's number but I think I remember the name. You can private message me and I will give you the e-mail.
