I believe the only servicing dealer is Cape Romaine marine. Butler will service, but isn't listed as a dealer here, only in Beaufort

A good drive but Allen's Marine in Florence is an Evinrude dealer and I have nothing but good things to say about him.

I am looking at a boat with a 2015 etec 150, but I have always ran yamahas. This motor is still under warranty until 2021 and only has 220hrs. How has your Etec been?

I purchased a boat 2 years ago with a G1 300HP Etec (2008), always been a yammi guy, but this engine has been excellent. The engine has great power, good throttle response and decent fuel consumption at cruise. I now have approximately 2000 hrs (bought with 1000) and it is running great.
Having no (close by) local dealer sucks, but, so far- no issues.
