Called and spoke with one of Chris team members yesterday morning about potential lower unit problem. First he said he could not look at boat until the 15th. Which really was not bad, then he spoke with somone and they said bring it in a 9 tomorrow and they would pressure test lower unit.
I dropped it off and 815, and spoke with Nathanial who jumped right on the boat.
Picked boat up at 1230 after I ate lunch. They pressure tested lower unit and ran an interface cable from my yamaha to my nema network.
Not sure what I like better the service or the functions on my garmin better. All this happened with out ever talking to Chris. I appericate a company that empowers their employees to make it happen.
