Lamb

Little Pete celebrated turning 12 last night for an early B-Day. We had a small get together. Kids of coarse enjoyed chick-filet nuggets per request. The 4 adults dined on rack of lamb, it was on sale! I took it off the bone. Used the bones and scraps to make some home made gravy. Crusted the loin in garlic,thyme and rosemary. Put it with cauliflower puree, baby spinach and carrots. I saw this neat ballon that glows in the dark, pretty cool has a mini battery in it,nice and bright. I know some people use them for fishing so thought I would put it on, may give someone an idea. Grace got to dine on the braised meat and veggies that was strained out of the gravy.:smiley:
