Does New York state have a so called "Red Flag" law? I believe they do. If so what is the process of having the law confiscate Schumer's guns? Does someone need to call the local sheriff's office and file a complaint? I really believe someone in the Senate should push this issue. Mr. Graham? I mean come on, the guy made a public threat of physical harm. Police action should be taken.
