what could I expect to catch at this location? there is a strip where they are piers to fish from both salt or fresh. no boat, just me and wife and chairs. Ha.
Probably a stingray on the salt side, it’s a mud flat but Ive never fished there but nice size crappie come to the light on the freshwater side but they are hard to catch and I’ve seen big blue cats, flatheads and channels come off the fresh water side. From what I was told chum like hell on the bank side and use live blue Gill or something similar and you can catch big flatheads. You can catch pickeral in the weeds by the dock and other small fish. I only fished the dock once years ago and it was because it was to rough for my canoe.
