Cold and windy but spotted Sunday 11/24

Been planning a fishing trip to take my buddies out for their first time and Sunday was the only day our schedules aligned. Initial plan was to fish the jetties until outgoing and then make our way inshore to the creeks. Left out of Leeds at 5am and called an audible around Ft. Sumter when we were getting beat to death. In the words of my 3 yr old describing his mother’s driving, we “busted a yoowee” and made our way across the harbour. Got on the trout in a few spots from the Ravenel to the Wando. Most were teensers. Had 2 that were closer to 16" that they missed landing. Also witnessed my buddy backlash a spin caster like I’ve never seen. Tried our damndest to get on the sheepshead throwing everything at them and determined Charleston ran out of them. Got beat to death by the wind all day but all in all was a great time!
Most of the trout were caught on Vudu under a popping cork. Grabbed a few on the new Savage Gear under popping cork as well
