RecTec 34lb pig tomorrow

Trying first one from the butcher on the RecTec. Have it in the brine since 8am this morning and putting on around 9am tomm. Hoping for a done time around 4ish. Made a mopping sauce, just got done hoping for great results.

Hopefully it turns out great and this site will let me post some pics later when done.
