11/30/19 - We headed to Remeley’s Landing in Mount Pleasant around lunch time. The day was very cloudy and the water was very dark. Tommy and Ashley worked the Paddlerz and I worked the topwater. Ashley caught the first fish almost immediately. We trolled up the flat and Ashley hooked up to a nice redfish. The fish was fighting hard and took off towards the middle of the river. It was trying to spool us, so we had to chase it down. We landed the fish and it weighed 11 pounds and was 30 inches long. We released it quickly and continued to fish. We caught two more trout on the same flat and lost one redfish that broke us off. It began to get cold and the bite was turning off so we decided to head on back.
