**** MSC 2020 February (2nd TX) Results ****


Second of two February MSC Tournaments.

Midlands Striper Club held the second of two monthly tournaments on Lake Murray tournament out of Acapulco, SC on February 29, 2020. 35 teams participated in the event bringing a total of 62 striped bass to the scales weighing a total of 285.96 pounds with a 4.62-pound average. 19 teams were able to bring a full two fish creel to the scales.



Finishing in first place with a total weight of 15.75 pounds was Team Gonna Fish captained by Charles Gatch from Lexington, SC along with Brian Barb, also from Lexington, SC.

Team Gonna Fish also won the Justin Christopher Big Fish award sponsored by the Nichols Store with an 8.70-pound striper.



Finishing in second place with a total weight of 15.06 pounds was Team Catchall captained by Lee Thomas from Leesville, SC, along with Carl Thompson and Carl Thompson, Jr., from Santee, SC.



Finishing in third place with a total weight of 14.83 pounds was Team Landlocked captained by Richy Brensinger from Lexington, SC, along with Joey Smoak also from Lexington, SC.



Lady Angler Award went to Liz Sineath from Team Stone Age.



Youth Angler Award went to Aiden Love from Team Love One.



Finishing in eleventh place with a total weight of 11.62 pounds was Team Been Lure’d In.

Finishing in eighteenth place with a total weight of 9.77 pounds was Team CJ’s Towing.



Smallest creel went to Team Knot Happy with a total weight of 3.88 pounds.



The PSAFO Gift Card Winner was Team Well Hung.



TWT Winners Team Landlocked.
