Can we use the ramp on IOP if we don't have a Sullivan's or IOP address?

I was told by the police checking traffic on/off IOP that if you have a yearly marina pass/sticker, they will let you on the island to use the landing. He said no daily pass…thats what I was told on Sunday.

Non-resident friend with the annual pass (IOP marina sticker in window) was waved through. If you have the sticker you’re good to go (as of 5 minutes ago). However, I’m not sure what will happen with the non-essential business lock down tomorrow.

I am out of town and planning on pulling boat down tomorrow 3/26 to fish. Is Remley ramp open? I guess Sullivan’s Island is closed to non residents? I have a membership to the boat ramp on Sullivans.

As far as i know, Remleys Point is still open.
