2004 Yamaha F150 TPS

I have been chasing an idle issue this season. Sometime it idles correctly at around 700RPM (analog gauge) and sometimes it idles at 1000RPM. I changed the IAC (no change) and today got back on the troubleshooting. When engine was running at high idle (1000RPM) I tapped the top of TPS Throttle Position Sensor and the RPM’s dropped to 700ish. I have started it a few times and hasn’t gotten above the 700RPM range.

Anyone know the correct part number and anything else I need to check?

When installing the new TPS sensor, do I need to adjust anything?

Thanks

Found part number: 69J-85885-00-00

Is there any adjustment when installing?

throttle position sensor is adjusted with yamaha diagnostic computer.
TPS voltage controls idle in partnership with all the other sensors

Make sure the inlet air temp sensor on the front of the airbox is plugged in. Simple to do but will idle high without it plugged in. Easy enough to check.
