Georgetown Landing report

With good weather on both Tuesday and Saturday there was quite a bit of offshore fishing effort this week.
Tuesday saw a bunch of boats with dolphin, most came from offshore in the deep. Some fished to the south, some offshore of the hole. Some found them better than others.

Sounds like the action was slow in the hole most of the day, but there were good reports of a late afternoon bite. We stayed late on the “Mingo” and ended up with 11 blackfins and 6 dolphin. The tunas were chewing late.

Saturday - Didn’t see the tuna numbers but there were a lot more dolphin caught, more people fishing off in the deep after Tuesdays report.

There were continued reports of the elusive yellowfin tuna being caught also. Some at ammo dump, some at the hole.

There were a lot of good catches!

Caught a number of blackfins on small ballyhoo with flying fish colored sea witch.

Nice bunch of fish, thanks for sharing the post Capt. I’m glad to hear more reports of Yellowfin coming in, hope they go back to the way it used to be.
