So at what point offshore does this apply? Nearshore reefs like Capers or 4 KI? End of the jetties? I’m not opposed to it, just not sure where.
They only address the act “while fishing for or possessing snapper-grouper species”. This will be in effect just before the 2020 Red Snapper season. I ordered the Shelton version for $6/ea
So am I reading this correctly? It looks like we will not be required to have these devices on the first three day season starting in July. Correct?
