Looking for the owner of a Pioneer, It is approximately 20 feet, is light tan/off-white, seafoam green below the waterline. Boat was seen on Folly Road 6/18 at 5:45 in the afternoon on James Island coming from the Folly Beach area. Something blew out the boat and I have it for the owner.
