Is anything biting at the nearshore reefs? Thinking about giving it a shot. Anyone seen spades out there? Also any tips on baits or rigs to use out there?
Ran across a large school of spades at the Chas60 this past Saturday.
I posted under the King Mackerel forum about our trip to the 60 last weekend. Short story shorter, 1 small king and a remora landed, couple missed strikes, and pulled the hook on 2 very large fish (pretty sure Kings) near the boat. Saw a few schools of spades as we trolled. Only out for an hour because seasick guest.
