We caught a nice flounder and a nice trout on an outgoing tide on the Wando. We took them home and had the wife fry them up Mexican style.

Thanks for watching. Mexican style is fried in oil with no batter. In mexico it is done over a fire outside. It is really good when you do the whole fish with the bones in. The whole fish becomes extra crispy. My wife scores the fish in squares to make it more crispy and easy to cut off. Really enjoyed the snook cook,I used to cut up my fish like that when it was a sin to filet a fish.haha.You look pretty tough with the cigar waiting on the food to get done,starting to catch a buzz. :+1:
