How useful is it to use a chum bag offshore or even inshore out of Charleston. Where talking Charleston near shore out to y 73
I’ve used the dry-mix blood chum and chunked up bunkers and even scraps from cleaning fish, all with good success. Can get a little sharky, but that’s it’s own fun.
