fish identification

looking for a fish identification guide that I can carry on the boat. needs to be reasonably weather resistant, compact for easy reference with good photos. Charleston bay, rivers an nearshore are target areas. been through the internet… no joy. Any suggestions?

The ENTER-NET Fisherman

Go to the app store and down load “fish rules”. It is free and gives you pictures, catch limits and it is smart enough to know where you are. Florida, Alabama. SC etc.

Another vote for fish rules app. I find that this app updates when new regulations are implemented. The SCDNR site does not get update as fast.
