Shrimped south end yesterday. 1/2 cooler decent size shrimp. They are still there but not in abundance. Checked by DNR at Garris landing. Make sure you all carry a flare . It’s now required for Bulls Bay . I heard that north end has been more productive. No deep holers south end yesterday
My wife and I were on the north end yesterday. 10 mph wind was ok, 60-62 degree water, outgoing tide, water nicely stained but very few shrimp. Sonar was showing no shrimp anywhere we had seen them previously this year. Just one or two per throw if any. We tried some of our deep hole spots but never threw the net. Just nothing there. Saw other boats pull poles and leave quickly. I put the nets and bait away for next year. We had a good year with a freezer full.
