Saturday and Sunday…both days weather was cooperating but fish cooperated only on Sunday. Spent Saturday on the N. Edisto trying spot after spot with only small croakers and pin fish to show for it. Not even a stingray! Sunday, complete opposite. Fished around Toogoodoo river. Redfish were hungry at our ‘go to’ dock. Every cast produced a red. All were in the 17-20in range. Stopped counting after the 8th red. Kept two of these. Also picked up a small flounder, croakers, decent sized whiting and, of course, sting ray! Reds were landed using live shrimp either on the bottom with a Carolina rig or under a float. Also caught one on a electric chicken grub.
